On Wednesday July 15, Enhance Travel along with Silverseas and Singapore Airlines hosted an exclusive dining experience for 70 of our clients. The 6 course degustation menu was prepared by Relais & Chateaux Grande Chef Peter Tempelhoff from The Cellars Hohenort, Cape Town, South Africa and Executive Chef Chad Blows from The Marine Hotel in Hermanus, South Africa. All meals were accompanied by a selection of Bird in Hand wines.
A fantastic night was had by all and the food was amazing!
